We ship orders within 1–2 business days. Customers can choose between two delivery options:

Fast Shipping (2–3 business days): $6.9
Standard Shipping (4–6 business days): $4.9

Orders over $49 ship free within the U.S. Mainland. Exceptions such as high demand or severe weather will be notified at checkout and via email.

2. What is your return and exchange policy?

You may return unused and unopened products within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Food and treats can only be returned if unopened (for health and safety reasons).
Return shipping fees apply to change-of-mind returns.
Damaged, defective, or wrong items are eligible for free return or full refund.

Absolutely. PAWPRIO follows strict standards of safe ingredients, transparent labeling, and non-toxic materials.

For food/treats: check protein sources, additives, or allergens (chicken, beef, grains, dairy, etc.), and start with small portions.
For toys, harnesses, or beds: we use non-toxic, pet-safe fabrics and dyes. Always supervise your pet during first use.

If your pet shows any reaction, discontinue use immediately and consult your veterinarian.

5. What if my order arrives damaged, missing items, or incorrect?

Please take a photo of the package, label, and product right away and contact our support team. We will quickly arrange a replacement, reshipment, or full refund at no extra cost. For missing items, we verify with our shipping scan logs and ship the remaining product immediately.
